Dr. Lindsay Grieve is a family chiropractor with nearly two decades of experience helping families move, feel, and function at their best. Her practice has a special focus on women's health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and pediatric chiropractic, areas she feels privileged to serve every day. She truly loves caring for kids and supporting growing families — bring on the babies! She believes no one is ever too young or too old to benefit from thoughtful, consistent care.
Dr. Lindsay graduated with honours from New York Chiropractic College in 2006 and has been in practice since 2007. Over the years, she has developed a gentle, adaptable adjustment style that supports healthy movement, posture, and nervous system regulation — the foundation for resilience in everyday life.
Her passion for chiropractic began in her early teens when she sought care for chronic headaches and experienced firsthand how powerful the right support can be. That early experience shaped her belief that health is built through consistent habits: movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and a well-supported nervous system.
As a mother to her son, Niko, and a survivor of a rare bone marrow disease, Dr. Lindsay brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her care. These experiences deepened her appreciation for the challenges families face and strengthened her commitment to providing practical, compassionate support.
This philosophy extends beyond the clinic through Well with Dr Lindsay, her platform dedicated to sharing real-life strategies for posture, movement, and nervous system health. Whether in the office or online, her goal is the same: to help people feel more confident in their bodies and supported in their daily lives.
Movement that fits real life — because small, consistent habits build strong, resilient bodies.
