I’m Dr. Lindsay — chiropractor, mom, and someone who has spent over 20 years supporting families in practice.

I deeply believe in hands-on care. And I also know this to be true:

A lot of wellness happens between appointments.

Well With Dr. Lindsay is a space created to support the moments in between — the daily habits, movement, and nervous system support that shape how we feel and function over time.

What This Space Is About

Movement is life. Spinal movement feeds the nervous system. The nervous system supports everything.

This isn’t about perfect routines, rigid rules, or doing more.

It’s about:

  • Gentle, regular movement

  • Supporting the nervous system

  • Habits that fit real life

  • And feeling better in your body — often enough

Especially when life is full. Especially when you’re a parent. Especially when perfection isn’t realistic.

Why I Created This

After two decades in practice — and navigating my own health experiences — I’ve seen this again and again:

Wellness doesn’t live in one place. It lives in how we move, rest, and care for ourselves daily.

This platform allows me to share what I’ve learned:

  • What supports the body outside the clinic

  • How movement helps unwind tension

  • Why posture reflects adaptation, not failure
